Josep Maria Ribas Portella

Josep Maria Ribas is the Sustainability Manager at Familia Torres. With nine years of experience at the winery, he leads a team focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation, fostering collaboration both within and beyond the wine sector, and overseeing sustainability certifications, including B Corp. He's also a Member of the Board of International Wineries for Climate Action since its foundation. Josep Maria holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UPC-ETSEIB and a master’s in Sustainable Energy Systems from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.
