Joseph Fobert

Joe Fobert is the founder and president of Sedona Risk Partners, a specialty excess casualty MGU operating as a division of Novacore. With over 33 years of casualty underwriting experience, Joe brings deep expertise in large account excess casualty across construction, energy, life sciences, transportation, and national accounts. Prior to founding Sedona, Joe held senior underwriting roles at Everest Insurance, Chubb, and AIG, where he led casualty and industry practice teams across both retail and global platforms. He holds the CPCU and ARM designations and an MBA in Risk Management and Finance. At Sedona, Joe is building a next-generation MGU focused on E&S excess casualty, combining disciplined underwriting with a technology-forward submission-to-issuance workflow and exclusive distribution through retail brokers.
