Joseph Ryu

Joseph is a Managing Director and joined Prospect in 2024 to launch PCRED. Previously a Principal at Ares Management, where he deployed $1.86B across Core, Core-Plus and Value-Add real estate debt strategies. Joseph received his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
