Joy Jibrilu

Joy Jibrilu is the first Bahamian and the first woman to serve as CEO of the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board, where she leads global marketing and promotions for one of the Caribbean’s most iconic destinations. With extensive experience in tourism development and destination branding, she champions responsible and sustainable tourism. Her work focuses on driving socio-economic growth, strengthening industry partnerships and ensuring long-term resilience, while safeguarding the cultural and environmental assets of The Bahamas for future generations.
