Juan Antonio García

Juan Antonio García García is an Industrial Engineer and energy sector leader with more than 20 years of experience in power generation. After beginning his career in the steel industry, he joined one of Spain’s leading energy companies to support the commissioning of a combined cycle power plant, launching a career dedicated to driving operational excellence across the generation business. During his career, he has held leadership and technical roles across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering, developing extensive expertise in asset performance, reliability, and business transformation within complex industrial environments. He currently serves as Head of Naturgy’s Combined Cycle Remote Control Center in Spain, where he leads the centralized operation of the company’s combined cycle fleet. His work focuses on advancing digitalization, optimizing operational performance, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and system reliability.
