Juning Wang

Juning Wang is Associate Director, Real Estate Analytics at Fidelity International, working at the intersection of real estate investment, analytics and technology. Her role supports decision-making across the investment lifecycle, including deal underwriting, asset business planning, valuation forecasting, fund modelling, portfolio risk and performance analysis, and sustainability. She has developed a number of the quantitative and analytical capabilities including fund models, property income and capital value simulation and other decision-support tools. She combines strong financial modelling and coding capability with an understanding of property fundamentals and fund structures across pan-European markets, allowing her to move between the underlying investment problem and the technical implementation.
