Karen Graley

Karen Graley is Chief Operating Officer of UK Packaging PRO and has been central to the organisation’s establishment and mobilisation phase. She brings extensive experience in packaging policy, producer responsibility systems and large-scale operational delivery. Her career reflects a sustained focus on building and operating large-scale environmental compliance and producer responsibility systems. She is a Board member of the On-Pack Recycling Label (OPRL), where she contributes to strategic oversight of one of the UK’s most widely recognised consumer recycling communication schemes. In this role, she helps guide the organisation’s direction on labelling standards, consumer behaviour change and industry alignment, providing independent expert advice on packaging policy and implementation.
