Karen Macdonald

As Head Nurse at Paragon Veterinary Group, Karen Macdonald is at the heart of the day-to-day running of the hospital. She combines strong organisational and leadership skills with a real commitment to teamwork, patient care and providing a great experience for clients. Karen also has a keen interest in sustainability and is Paragon’s SageTech Champion , overseeing low-flow and gas capture anaesthesia within the hospital. She is passionate about finding practical ways of making veterinary care more sustainable while maintaining the high clinical standards that are so important to the team.
