Karrista Rayment

Karrista “Kay” Rayment is the RTGS Technology Service Owner at the Bank of England, responsible for the technology that runs the UK’s Real‑Time Gross Settlement service, settling around £800 billion each day. Over her 20‑year career, she has held roles across testing, development, delivery and portfolio leadership, and played a key part in delivering the modernised RTGS platform as part of the Renewal Programme. Kay is known for her deep technical expertise, calm leadership and commitment to building high‑performing, inclusive teams.
