Kasia Machalinski

Kasia is a Chartered Management Accountant and strategic business adviser who founded Prevail Accountancy in 2007, building it into a multi-award-winning firm with a deep specialism in the construction industry. She identified early that construction businesses face a uniquely complex set of financial challenges and set out to redefine what accountancy support looks like for that sector through a combination of regular face-to-face advisory and cloud technology.
