Kassie Bryan oversees a group of strategic insurance clients across property and casualty reinsurance at Swiss Re. In this role, she is responsible for client management, underwriting strategy, and portfolio performance, driving sustainable profitability through long-term partnerships with leading U.S. insurers. Over her career at Swiss Re, Kassie has held leadership roles spanning underwriting, business development, strategy, operations, and M&A. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Reinsurance Strategy & Operations for the Americas and previously led Swiss Re's Property & Casualty Solutions business in the region. Kassie is passionate about underwriting excellence, talent development, and helping clients navigate an evolving risk landscape through innovative reinsurance solutions and emerging technologies.
