Kate Marks has over 20 years’ experience in the film and television industry, including over 15 in senior leadership roles promoting Australia as a global powerhouse for screen production. Kate was appointed CEO of Ausfilm in September 2019 and in that time, Australia has cemented itself as a world leading production destination securing over AU$6 billion in direct foreign investment. Kate is a passionate leader and supporter of the Australian screen industry and has held Board positions with Australians in Film, Screen Careers and was a member of the Australian Government’s Trade 2040 Taskforce.
