Kate Ovens is a UK food blogger and content creator who has spent the last 11+ years eating her way around the UK and beyond. From finding hidden gems and championing independent restaurants to taking on some seriously big food challenges, Kate’s content is all about good food and having fun with it. Along the way, she’s worked with some huge names including M&S, KFC, Heinz, Deliveroo, Guinness, McDonald’s and Red Bull, as well as travelling and working with tourist boards around the world. She’s even ventured outside the food world into sport and gaming, including a year as a Red Bull Racing ambassador. For Kate, it’s always been about finding somewhere great to eat, sharing the places she genuinely loves and giving independent restaurants the attention they deserve.
