Kate Randall

Kate Randall is Group Treasurer at Balfour Beatty plc, a leading international infrastructure group operating across the UK, US and Hong Kong. Appointed in April 2025, Kate previously spent eight years as Deputy Group Treasurer. Kate has extensive experience across infrastructure, energy and construction, with prior roles at Thames Water, Expro International Group and Gazprom. Kate leads funding, liquidity and risk management activity for the Balfour Beatty Group. She is known for a practical, commercial approach to treasury leadership and is passionate about empowering future talent and advancing gender equity in traditionally male-dominated industries. She is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT), having completed her exams in 2019. She lives in Hampshire with husband Paul, daughter Evelyn, cocker spaniel Jet and is a keen equestrian.
