Katherine Midwinter is a Manager at JMAN Group, which she joined in January 2023. She leads data transformation projects for private equity-backed businesses, building her career around data strategy, data engineering, and management and operational reporting - primarily working with clients early in their data journey, largely within professional services and financial services. For Katherine's clients, change happens fast and as a result she specialises in targeted, value-add transformation. Katherine helps foundational clients drive value from their data early, within tight timeframes,. She also ensures platforms and architecture are built to scale, setting her clients up for success not just for the current cycle, but for future growth and AI ambitions. Before joining JMAN, Katherine worked as a data analyst for a Higher Education marketing company, but was first drawn to data watching her father build his career as a Data Architect at BT, and has been hooked ever since.
