Katie Hawking

Katie leads strategic initiatives that support the growth and development of the franchise network, client services, and Group-owned practices. An accountant by training, she has extensive experience across both accountancy practice and accounting technology businesses. Prior to joining TaxAssist, Katie was Head of Customer Success at Dext, leading customer success strategies for accounting and bookkeeping firms across the UK and internationally. She also spent more than a decade in practice, specialising in small business development, digital transformation, and cloud adoption. Katie brings a strong track record of delivering operational and digital change programmes that drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
