Katja Rybakova

Katja Rybakova is the co-founder and prospective CTO of CELLGEBRA. Katja led the development of the Virtual Tumour technology and created the first validated Virtual Tumour Model for melanoma in 2025 while supported by the Innovation group at RCSI, Dublin. She has previously led R&D in a genetic testing startup and conducted academic research in the fields of signalling and transcriptional network modelling. She holds a PhD in Systems Biology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
