Kaye Greenidge

Kaye Greenidge is the Chief Executive Officer of Invest Barbados, the national investment promotion agency responsible for attracting, facilitating, and sustaining international business. She also serves as President of the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA), providing regional leadership in advancing foreign direct investment across the Caribbean. An economist by training, Mrs Greenidge holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting and a Master of Science in Business and Financial Economics. She began her career at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, where she served as a Senior Economist until 2007. Seeking broader exposure to business and finance, she then moved into banking and credit. Over the next twelve years, as an executive banker, she managed an extensive portfolio, providing financial and investment solutions to clients across a wide range of sectors.
