Kelly Xu

Kelly Xu is the Head of AI Business Value at Glean, based in Silicon Valley. Her work focuses on bringing Glean’s platform to a variety of different industries and departments. She is a seasoned go-to-market expert with extensive experience in both startups and established software companies, including Snowflake and DocuSign. At Snowflake, Kelly led the overall marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning to grow Snowflake’s business across some of the largest industries. Prior to Snowflake, Kelly played a pivotal role at DocuSign, where she developed messaging and solutions tailored to the procurement audience, contributing significantly to DocuSign's exponential growth during the pandemic. In her spare time, Kelly serves as an advisor to start-ups and shares her insights as a frequent speaker with various products, marketing, and GTM communities. A native of Shanghai, Kelly earned her BA in Economics from Wellesley College and her MBA from Yale University.
