Klaudija Janzelj

Klaudija Janzelj is Managing Director Europe at Tourplan, bringing more than 20 years' experience across travel operations, technology and commercial leadership. Previously at TUI, Intrepid Travel and Urban Adventures, she has worked across international markets to drive growth, product innovation and partnerships. She is also a mentor and advisor to travel entrepreneurs and Women in Travel CIC, and a recipient of the 2026 IWTTF Special Jury Award for Outstanding Contribution. She believes travel is ultimately about people, and technology succeeds when it helps them thrive.
