Krisson is the Head of Legal Operations Advisory for the UK & EMEA within the firm’s Digital Legal Delivery business. Recognised for his expertise in legal transformation and legal operations, he advises clients on operating model design, AI delivery and innovation, helping legal functions deliver greater efficiency and value. He has worked at three international law firms, as well as in PwC NewLaw (Australia) and EY Legal Function Consulting (EMEIA) before moving in-house into an operational excellence role at Virgin. He draws on experience gained across consulting, in-house and Legal to drive long-lasting transformation.
