Kristin Cubberly has been a Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer at MS Transverse since 2022, and has been extensively involved in the internal growth and decisions since then. Kristin has overseen the staff increase from 35 employees to 135 employees in four years, while also managing a team of five. With over 20 years of experience of experience building people strategies for Insurance & Financial firms, Kristin tends to take a personal approach in her nature towards the employee life cycle. She has led full-cycle talent acquisition, compensation and benefits strategy, and organizational design for fast-growing, high-performing teams.
