Kristina Duggleby

Kristina Duggleby is the first Operations Director for the NIHR Industry Hub. She leads the operational framework designed to deliver faster, more predictable, and globally competitive commercial clinical trials across the NIHR infrastructure. Kristina brings over 30 years of experience within the NHS and life sciences sector, including her role as Operational Lead for the UK Vaccine Innovation Pathway. Her work is focused on ensuring sponsors, CROs, and delivery organisations experience a single, coordinated, and accountable commercial trials pathway, spanning from pre-submission to the recruitment of the last patient.
