Kristjan Staničić

The Director of the Croatian National Tourist Board, Kristjan Staničić, has gained extensive experience in the tourism sector since his early youth and during his career, he worked, among other positions, as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Sales at Hoteli Novi, where he later served as a member of the company's Management Board. He also held the positions of President of the Management Board of Liburnia Riviera Hotels, President of the Management Board of the Crikvenica hotel company Jadran and Executive Director of Sales and Marketing and then President of the Management Board of Bernardin Hotel in Portorož, Slovenia. He was appointed Director of the Croatian National Tourist Board in July 2017, and from 2020 to 2026 he served as Vice-President of the European Travel Commission (ETC).
