Kyle J. Travaglini
Allen Institute
Kyle Travaglini is an Assistant Investigator in the Brain Health Accelerator at the Allen Institute, where he co-leads computational efforts in the Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD). His research program aims to characterize the molecular and cellular changes that underpin Alzheimer’s disease using single-nucleus transcriptomics, epigenomics, and spatial transcriptomics in deeply phenotyped cohorts. Previously, he completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Stanford University, where he constructed a single-cell transcriptomic atlas of the human lung under the mentorship of Dr. Mark Krasnow.
