La'Mel Clarke

La'Mel is a bit of a Swiss Army knife in the London bar industry and after 6 and a half years with the Lyan group, he helped to relaunch Diageo Bar Academy as the trainer for the South - spreading the word of Hospitality, one train journey at a time. Away from the drinks side of the industry, La'Mel has written for major hospitality publications, spoken on numerous panels, and presented seminars on a variety of topics.
