Laia Collazos

Laia Collazos is Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), one of the world's largest Coca-Cola bottlers. She leads CCEP's AI strategy, governance and AI Centre of Excellence, helping the business use AI to drive growth, productivity and decision-making at scale. Previously, Laia served as Chief Data & Analytics Officer and was responsible for the data & AI platform, data governance, reporting services, data science and AI capabilities. Under her leadership, CCEP established enterprise-wide data and AI capabilities and delivered predictive and prescriptive products that improved commercial execution, revenue growth management, supply chain effectiveness. Prior to this, she was CIO for Great Britain and Northern Europe. Laia has held technology leadership positions at GroupM in London and New York. She started her career at PwC and then Accenture, delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes across the retail
