His focus is on the financial rigour behind Flagstone's growth, from reporting and planning, to scaling operations as the business expands. With over 25 years in finance, including the last 10 as a Group CFO, Lakhbir's background spans SaaS, financial services, and data-driven marketing, plus 15 years in private equity and M&A (Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs).
