Lanre Bamisebi

is Executive Director of IT and Digitalization at Access Holdings and is a seasoned professional with over two decades of pan-African experience spanning various sectors across 22 countries. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Lanre served as the Managing Director of Finserve Africa, the fintech arm of Equity Bank. He also held the position of Executive Group Director for IT & Operations at Equity Group Holding Limited (EGHL) and has served in advisory roles for Mastercard Technology and the Tony Elumelu Foundation, offering extensive fintech consulting services to African finance institutions. Lanre holds two Bachelor’s degrees, a Master’s degree in business administration from Durham Business School, UK, and is currently undertaking a PhD in Global Strategy. He has completed several digitalization and leadership development courses at Harvard Business School, Wharton, IMD and Cambridge Judge Business School.
