Larry Tate

Larry holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture and an MArch from the University of Brighton, where he developed a keen interest in sustainability, health and wellbeing. As Campaigns and Communications Manager at the Good Homes Alliance (GHA), Larry unites members, partners and stakeholders in promoting healthy, high-performing and climate-resilient homes. He works across the built environment sector to tackle overheating and water scarcity and leads policy and advocacy campaigns on energy use and carbon emissions. Larry leads GHA’s social housing provider network, helping local authorities and housing associations deliver low-carbon, healthy and resilient homes centred on residents’ needs. He also collaborates with like-minded third-sector organisations to further this shared goal. Larry organises industry events and knowledge-sharing activities on these and other issues and topics, identifying gaps requiring further work and opportunities for GHA to support the sector.
