Laura Bowden

Laura Bowden is a Consultant Psychologist and Founding Partner of JustForward. She works with individuals, teams and organisations navigating complex and high-pressure environments, with a particular interest in performance, relationships and how people function under pressure. Laura also works individually with actors and people in the creative industries and is a Mindflick Spotlight Practitioner. She is an academic at King’s College London.
