Laura Ivaskaite

Laura Ivaskaite was appointed as VP Commercial and Investments at Hanwha Aviation in 2024, where she focuses on aircraft and engine trading, marketing, and strategic investment initiatives. Prior to this, Laura served as Head of Asset Management at SmartLynx Airlines, leading asset trading transactions, as well as broader fleet expansion efforts. During her tenure at Smartlynx, she played a key role in adding over 40 aircraft to the SmartLynx fleet, including the introduction of Boeing 737-8 MAX type and overseeing the A321F cargo conversion program. Laura holds a Master’s degree from King’s College London and is based in Dublin, Ireland.
