Laura Meunier

Co-founder of Minga Coffee & El Micelio regenerative farm. Laura began her coffee journey as a London-based barista in 2011. Today, she produces coffee in Huila, Colombia, and runs a UK-based green coffee importing company. Having worked across different stages of the coffee chain, she has gained an understanding of how value is created and captured, from the perspectives of both producing and consuming markets.
