Laura Wagner

Laura Wagner is a Partner at 3XN and part of the practice’s global leadership. Having grown with the practice over many years, she has played an important role in developing 3XN’s presence across North America, the UK, and globally. Her project experience includes major UK, EU, and North American developments such as Aquabella, Aqualuna, West House, and Hines T3 Bayside, a pioneering mass-timber office building. Laura currently leads the development of Euston Tower for British Land in London, transforming the existing building as a hub for science and innovation while retaining significant parts of its original structure. Laura’s work explores how thoughtful design, material innovation, and radical reuse can extend the life of buildings, reduce embodied carbon, and offer a more sustainable alternative to demolition and rebuilding. She brings together design leadership, technical expertise, and a strong focus on developing innovative solutions for complex projects.
