Lauren Ingram

Dr Lauren Ingram is a leading voice in AI and marketing, helping global brands and businesses to thrive in times of change. She has previously led global marketing programmes at Meta and Amazon. Lauren teaches a practical Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) framework, helping brands stay visible in AI answers. She is the founder of Next Big Thing, a consultancy and community upskilling women in AI and emerging tech. In 2025, Lauren was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Arden University for her contributions to innovation and inclusion, and in 2024 she was named one of the InspiringFifty most influential women in tech. An AI keynote speaker and podcast host, Lauren has spoken on the TEDx stage, at the University of Oxford, and for organisations including Google, Unilever, Microsoft and Chanel.
