Laurence Jacques

Laurence Jacques is President of EcoXtract, which develops plant-based solvent extraction technology. An engineer educated at École Polytechnique and Mines Paris, she has more than 30 years of industrial experience in technical, operational and leadership roles. She has led the EcoXtract project since 2017, overseeing the development and industrial validation of extraction processes using 2-methyloxolane. Her work focuses on translating solvent research into practical applications for plant-derived ingredients.
