Léa Krüger is a former German national-team sabre fencer with 17 years of experience in elite sport. She holds a law degree and works at the intersection of law, sport and athletes’ rights, with a particular focus on athlete representation and clean sport. She is Vice President of Athleten Deutschland and serves on the Supervisory Board of NADA Germany, where she has been Deputy Chair since 2025. Her work also focuses on mental health in elite sport and on creating structures that protect athletes’ rights, well-being and integrity throughout their careers.
