Lee Maughan

Lee Maughan is the CEO of Green & Purple, a tech-led independent firm providing a virtual finance function to founders and scaling companies. With more than 25 years of professional and industry experience he grew the practice to more than 400 clients across Cambridge and London, building it around technology and fractional finance leadership rather than traditional compliance work. In late 2025 Green & Purple joined Affinia, the RedBird-backed group that has since grown into a top 20 UK accounting firm across more than 30 offices, where Lee continues to lead the practice.
