Lenka Sadilkova

Dr. Lenka Kyrych Sadilkova is a senior drug discovery and translational pharmacology leader with 20+ years in preclinical drug development, including 15+ years focused on antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). Her expertise spans bioconjugation, antibody engineering, and PK/PD-driven translational pharmacology, including humanized mouse models. PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, and gerontology; multiple peer-reviewed publications. She is Director of R&D Projects at Eli Lilly, following its acquisition of Mablink Bioscience, where she served as Director of Nonclinical Projects and Head of Preclinical R&D, leading a lead ADC program through regulatory submission into clinical trials. Previously, over a decade at SOTIO Biotech (Scientist to Director of Pharmacology) advanced multiple ADC programs into clinical evaluation.
