Li Fu

Li Fu is a Data Scientist specialising in Generative AI and Machine Learning, with experience driving large-scale AI adoption at one of the UK’s largest banks. She is pioneering how large language models (LLMs) are deployed, governed, and scaled in highly regulated enterprise environments. Li has led some of the bank’s most transformative AI initiatives and the design of a comprehensive evaluation framework for assessing LLM performance in production. Her work has been widely recognised, and she was named a winner of the TechWomen100 Awards 2025 and Twenty in Data & Technology Women in Data for her outstanding contributions to the field.
