Li Jenkins-Twist

Li Jenkins-Twist has been the Chief Enterprise Architect at NHS England since March 2024. With an initial focus on the business aspects of digital delivery, Li spent many years as a Business Analyst and change manager across financial and healthcare sectors. She became Profession Lead for Business Analysis in the NHS and headed up the BA profession across government on behalf of GDS. During the 2010s, Li helped write the organisational strategy for NHS Digital and then moved across into the Architecture realm, working to head up the EA function within NHS Digital. After organisations merged to become the new NHS England, Li took the lead of the function as Chief EA – with remit across the enterprise of health and care, her focus spans traditional corporate estate, to national products and services and into the frontline of health and care sector more broadly.
