Louis Froelich is a financial services regulatory and technology attorney who has worked in New York City for the better part of two decades in various legal and non-legal roles. He values long-term relationships and believes his time spent in sales and business development helps him better understand his clients and their goals. Louis advises hedge, private equity, venture, and other private fund managers on critical legal and business decisions, helping them manage their regulatory and compliance obligations and launch new funds and other products. He also serves as outside general counsel to fintech and other technology companies. Louis joined Womble from one of the world’s largest systematic hedge funds.
