Loukas Priovolos

Loukas leads finance for Deriv's regulated trading entities across CFD, VASP and banking licences. Since June 2026, he has also served as Head of Cyprus Office. His remit spans financial reporting, revenue, audit and regulatory finance, with a focus on accuracy, control and compliance. Previously, Loukas progressed through finance roles of increasing responsibility at Tickmill Group, working across internal and external reporting, consolidated reporting, budgeting, treasury management and process automation in the Forex services industry. He has an end-to-end view of how money moves through a broker, from client funding and payment processing to revenue recognition, partner commissions and reporting. Loukas is particularly interested in how emerging technologies such as agentic payments can improve the client experience while keeping control, transparency and compliance at the core.
