Luca Frusone

Graduated in Law from La Sapienza University, He served for two terms as a member of the Italian Parliament and the Defence Committee. He chaired the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and held key roles across multiple committees, building a profound, insider understanding of institutional defence policy, security frameworks, and geopolitical strategy. Today, as Partner and Vice President of the Board at Laran Business, he combines his institutional experience with a focus on the European defence industry, supporting strategic partnerships, EU-funded defence research and innovation programmes, and the development of cross-border industrial consortia.
