Lucy Browne-O’Sullivan is Development Director at Morgan Real Estate, an independent, privately-owned and partner led development and asset management company specialising in commercial property. Morgan Real Estate acquire, develop, and manage state-of-the-art buildings across London and the Uk on behalf of our capital partners. Having been with the business for ten years, Lucy manages developments from the early concept design stages through to detailed design, construction, and completion. Her current projects include 19 Charterhouse Street and 27 Savile Row in London. She has also successfully completed developments at 7 Princes Street and 20 Kirby Street, reflecting her experience of taking projects through the development lifecycle. Lucy’s role brings together the design and delivery stages of development, providing continuity as projects move from initial proposals to completed buildings. Her work offers a client-side perspective on the relationship between design ambition and co
