Lucy Buckmaster is co-founder of Nautica Collective, the premium community-led travel brand that turns creators’ audiences into travelling communities on boutique yacht retreats. Lucy has spent 15 years building some of travel’s most recognisable passion-led brands, where music, belonging and identity mattered more than the destination. She built the Ibiza Rocks travel division from scratch into one of Europe’s largest youth travel operators, launched international tour programmes with major music artists at Bundl, and grew The Yacht Week across global markets. In 2025 she co-founded Nautica to bring that model to the premium end of the market. Nautica partners with creators, brands and hosts, from fitness to food, to take their communities somewhere extraordinary, and handles everything behind the scenes.
