Lucy Chadwick

Lucy is an experienced design engineer, team leader and project manager with over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. She is currently the Head of Department for Ramboll's UK Major Bridges department. Lucy has worked as the structures technical lead on the M27 Junction 10 Project since 2022 covering initial and detailed design, integration of the Freyssinet jacking system and site support including the Christmas ’25 box slide. Other experience includes the design of the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link in India, Storstrom Bridge in Denmark. And the Queensferry Crossing in Edinburgh.
