Maarten van Rossum

Maarten has more than 19 years of experience in the Transaction Banking space with a specific focus on International Cash Management and the Financial Institutions and Broker Dealer market segments. Maarten joined Barclays in 2010 with the mandate to build a euro clearing proposition for Financial Institution clients. Together with his team of Product Managers, Maarten develops client solutions in the euro clearing space, including high value cross-border clearing, low value SEPA services, intraday liquidity reporting and other related propositions. In addition to his position at Barclays, Maarten holds several advisory roles at various industry bodies covering the global payments market. He is a member of the Advisory Group on Market Infrastructure for Payments (AMI-Pay) at the European Central Bank, a forum for the exchange of views on developments in payments. He is also a participant in the EURO1 Future Positioning Working Group (E1 FPWG), an advisory group for the European Banking
