Dr. Madhurima Dey is a Scientist with over 12 years of preclinical drug discovery expertise, spanning Neurology, Oncology, and Immunology - across multiple therapeutic modalities. She is currently a Senior Research Investigator at Isomorphic Labs, and previously held impactful roles at Recursion, Exscientia, Cerevance, and Eisai, leading internal and partnered portfolio projects. Dr. Dey has a strong multidisciplinary background in target discovery and validation, multi-omics technologies, in vitro pharmacology, cell biology, and translational strategies, and has led drug discovery projects across multiple preclinical milestones, some of which have successfully entered clinical trials.
