Malcolm Silander

Malcolm Silander has dedicated his career to identifying pioneering talent across the life sciences sector. He has scaled recruitment organisations across Europe and North America, advising hundreds of companies from seed-stage to public, spanning discovery, development and commercialisation. Malcolm works closely with investors and CEOs to assess and build leadership teams. He performs various Advisory roles and holds a joint honours MA in Sociology and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
